Missy Shelbourne is a new character introduced in Cloudy:the series. She is the sister of Mayor(Susan) Shelbourne, a daughter of Hector Evilman and an aunt of Gilbert Shelbourne.
Appearance
Missy looks like Gil and Mayor Shelbourne. She wears a hat and has a pigtail. She has dark spot over her nose and her chin. She also has a different accent compares to other Shelbourne.
Personality
Missy hates Mayor Shelbourne and wants to ruin his town Swallow falls. This is due to her past experience with her brother Mayor Shelbourne who always took everythings from her from Doll to Allowance.
However, Missy is friendly toward people who aren't connected to Mayor Shelbourne or Swallow Falls. Because she moves away from Swallow falls since young age, she doesn't know much about technology. (When Flint shows Missy a spoon, she doesn't know what it is)
She has a pet donkey.
